okay, going to finish uploading otakon photos.
friday morning was nuts!! I didn’t expect this kind of crowd (there were people on the sides that weren’t in the shot, too), and for about half an hour I was hooking charms for people. it was great! that has never happened before that’s for sure.
everyone I met was so nice! sometimes sitting behind an AA table can be boring, but people at otakon always make it fun. - u -
friday was Pinkie Pie day!
this awesome, awesome dress was completely handmade by pageofbreath! U v U they did an amaaazing job, I loved wearing it and their handiwork got so many compliments! when I wear it to the Canterlot Gardens gala, I will definitely have to have some cards to give out.
I will also have to get some pictures that are not against a drab gray wall…
Otakon, thursday night!!
I hardly ever get to cons early enough to do fun things on thursday, so this was great! :> I drove up with awesome buddies Lea, Dani, and Hillary, hung out in the hotel room a bit with lots of cool dudes like Tim and Toby, and then hotel bar!
it was great to catch up with everyone down there even if drinks were ridiculously expensive. got to see gabby, gretchen, rel, and a lot of other folks I am probably forgetting! good times
